The expressively rich Emilio's Terrace Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve comes from the heart of Cabernet Country, deep within the Napa Valley. If you were to stand in front of our local landmark, the Oakville Grocery, and gaze into the western hills of Oakville, the steeply sloped vineyards of Emilio's Terrace would stand out prominently in the landscape. The vineyards lie directly behind the celebrated Robert Mondavi To-Kalon Vineyards. From this vantage point, the Emilio's Terrace Vineyard greets the morning sun high above the pre-dawn Napa Valley below.

Each autumn, the grapes are hand-selected at the very peak of ripeness in the cool morning hours to ensure optimal fullness and excellent acidic balance. The wine is aged for 20-24 months in meticulously crafted 60-gallon new French oak barrels (5% are new American oak), producing a classic expression of the famous Oakville terroir Cabernet Sauvignon.
